A stunning Victorian pedestal with hand painted flowers and faded orange velvet base and top – English C.1880.

Well made from pine and complete with the original paint, now perfectly timeworn. The top and base are upholstered in an orange velvet with studded trim. It is strong and perfectly suitable for heavy busts, statues or sculpture but looks rather decadent all on its own.
