A truly wonderful Victorian diorama featuring a bat specimen C.1900

The bat is in flight with spread wings and a caught moth in its mouth, below is a lovely mossy moonlit scene. Housed in the original stained pine box with glass front, gilt beading and hanging loop. Presented in good timeworn condition. The bat intentionally swivels on its wire when the case is moved. Incredibly charming and totally unique.
