A fabulous hand painted English pub sign, named after Queen Adelaide.
It’s a large double sided example, painted on thick gauge metal with the original hanging brackets. The delightful artwork is nicely weathered, with one side being more distressed than the other. The name of the pub likely comes from Queen Adelaide, the consort of King William IV, Adelaide south Australia was also named after her.
