Victorian Framed Dante Bust

A magnificent Victorian framed plaster bust of famous poet, writer & philosopher Dante Alighieri C. 1900.

The decorative plaster relief of Dante has been well cast, it displays incredibly well mounted to a black velvet backing and housed in its original chunky ebonised frame with a glazed front. Good quality piece with original framers sticker on the reverse Chas H. West, Artists, Colourman, Finchley Rd. London.
It is in original & untouched condition
