Victorian barrel back armchair

A rare model barrel back armchair, dating from the second half of the 19th century.

Good quality construction, lovely form.
It’s tight and tidy all round. The brocade upholstery was professionally carried out in the last 20 years. It’s presentable with some wear to each armrest. Use as is or a good chair for reupholstery. Very comfortable.
