Irish Console Table

A stunning Irish console table with original Carrara marble top, dating from the early 20th century.

Exceptional quality. Made from pine with gesso decorations including an ornate central frieze and the most wonderful original paint, faux marble columns & gilding.  The original polished Carrara marble top is in good order and is removable for easy transport. The front and back both have the same design, meaning it can be displayed against a wall or in the centre of a room. It’s presented in good solid and original condition with minor cosmetic wear. An outstanding example, originally from an Irish country house.
