French Napoleon III carpet armchair

A stunning French Napoleon trois armchair, upholstered in the most amazing velvet tapestry fabric.

A good quality and solid exaample, the original upholstery is clean and has only minor wear, mainly to the sheer linen back panel. It is tight & tidy and has recently been re-webbed in period style hessian on the underneath. It is also perfectly usable and rather comfy, a true statement piece.
