French Carpet Chair

A stunning and rare French carpet chair with the most amazing original upholstery, C.1880 💐

An excellent example in good solid condition with minor cosmetic wear to the wonderful original upholstery. It has a woven floral seat base & back, red velour sides, corduroy back panel and a beautiful wool tasseled apron & arm detail.  Recently back from the upholstery after being professionally re-webbed underneath. Totally presentable, useable and of course comfortable!
