Folk art Indian monkey

A charming and rather cheeky Indian folk ark monkey eating a mango, C.1920.

Naive in its appearance yet well put together from teak. It has been hand carved and painted with lovely attention to detail. A fun and decorative piece in original condition with minor cosmetic wear.
